New PrintMates photo printing kiosk installed in the HUB

Ah, developing photos. What was once something only ’90s kids remembered has now returned to the mainstream, as physical photos are commonly taped to dorm walls and Polaroid cameras are all the rage.

To make it easier for students to print photos, a PrintMates kiosk was recently set up on the first floor of the HUB, outside the student activities office, near the first floor TV lounge.

The station allows visitors to instantly print any photos stored on their phone. You can also access all the photos stored on your Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts in addition to Google Drive and Dropbox folders.

The PrintMates kiosk includes sockets that fit almost any cell phone to allow its users to connect to the machine and access their photos. Once you’ve selected your photos, you can choose the size you want to print. Options range from 3″ x 5″ to 6″ x 8″.

Prices range from $1 for small photos to $3 for larger ones. You can pay for your photos in a variety of ways, including credit and debit cards. However, the resort does not accept LionCash or cash.

If you can’t take your photos home right away, you can have them delivered elsewhere through FedEx and the United States Postal Service. Maybe send pictures to mom, huh? He misses you.
