Hello Factory family. Welcome back to Factory Reproductions’ YouTube channel.

Today we’re going to be talking about the FR 203. So this 203, This is actually a GMC Denali wheel, but this will look great on all the Cadillac Escalades, the Silverado’s, Tahoe, Suburban’s, Avalanches and the Sierra.

These are all 6×5.5 with a 28mm offset and come in several different colors and sizes. So this new 203 comes in 22’s and 24 inch. 22×9 with a 28 mm offset, 24×10 with a 31mm offset. They all come in Chrome, Gloss Black and Gray Machine Face.

These all fit on the newer body style vehicles. Fitment is actually from 2007 all the way up to current. The older body styles go from 2007 to 2018 on some models and start in 2021 on other models.

Now with the 22″, you want to run the 285/45/22’s on those older body styles I mentioned, up to 2018-2020. Then you want to run a 295/35/24 on 24″ for the older bodies. The newer body style has a little bit taller tire, can go you know about 33″ tall. New body style from 2018 to current on most vehicles, you’re looking at a 275/50/22 and you can actually get a 305/35/24 on the 24″. Also, 285/40/24, there’s not a lot of sizes out there, or a lot of manufacturers out there for those sizes, but that’s available out there on the market, also.

I did rattle off a lot of information, so if you guys have any questions, feel free to reach me at jason@factoryreproductions.com – reproductions is plural, has the “s” at the end. Or, you can message anybody here at Factory Reproductions orders at Factory Reproductions, no problem.

Once again, the phone number will be at the bottom. They’ll snap it in or something like that, put it at the bottom of this video and you can call in at any time, anybody will be able to help you with the questions that you have. Thank you very much for watching our video. This is our new 203. Remember.. Factory Reproductions, making you fall in love with your ride all over again.

Hello Factory Family. Jason here with Factory Reproductions coming back to you with a new segment all about our FR 59 Snowflake wheels.

These FR 59’s are one of the most popular GM, Chevy, GMC truck wheels out there on the market. These come in several different sizes. They come in 20×9, 22×9, 24×10 and 26×10 and we do have several different finishes in those. We have the Chrome, Gloss Black, Black Machine Face as you can see here and we have a Silver Machine Face. Probably, the Chrome and Silver Machine Face are the most popular, but you can’t count out Black or Black Machine Face ever.

Now, all these wheels will fit on your Chevy’s, Tahoe’s, Silverado’s, Suburban’s, Avalanche’s. Then they also fit on the Sierra’s, Yukon’s, Denali’s and they also fit on the Escalades, you know the EXT’s/ESV’s, all the Escalades out there will fit.

Newer style, with the larger caliper, which in the Chevy truck stuff started in 2019. The Tahoe’s, Yukons and Escalades and stuff started in 2021. They clear all the calipers, you know from 2007, let’s go with 2007 on up. There’s some of the older models that it will fit from 99 on up, gotta play with the tire size make sure that you know that if lowered or lifted or whatever that it will still fit.

Now standard tire sizes, let’s start with 20″. 20″ most standard tire size is going to be 275/55/20. That will fit on your stock. Some lowered, slightly lowered 2/4 drop, something like that. Those will still fit. So if you want to go larger, you can actually go larger 33’s/35’s if you lift your truck. But that has to be done with a lifted truck.

22’s. 22’s start 285/45/22’s. Same thing, if its lowered 2/4 it will be the same fitment, if you drop it any further than that you’ll want to play with the tire size you may want to go to a 285/40/22, even 285/35/22, something of that nature. 24’s.

24’s have a couple different size tires. 24’s stock on that will usually run 295/35/24, a lot of people run the 305/35/24, its a little bit taller tire, a little bit more cushiony on the sidewall and everything cause you’re going 24″. Or you can go with the 285/40/24, there’s not a lot out there on the market, but there are some available. There are also 33 and 35 inch tall tires in 24, there’s even some 37s from what I heard. We don’t personally do the 37s on that stuff but they’re out there and available.

26″, 295/30/26 is the best fitment out there. There is some all-terrain tires too, out there. I know Atturo has a 35″ tall all-terrain tire for these and there’s other stuff on the market that a lot of people are doing so don’t hesitate to give us a call and we can help you out on that one with the tire sizes as well.

That wraps this session up for us. You can reach me at jason@factoryreproductions.com – also, call the number below. Any of the salesmen here can help you out.

ALSO, this week is SEMA. You can go check us out at booth #46027 all week through Friday 11/3. Jason here, remember.. Factory Reproductions making you fall in love with your ride all over again.

Hello Factory family. Jason here with Factory Reproductions coming back to you on the YouTube channel with the C7 Z06 replica wheels.

Our FR 22 replica C7 Z06’s come in eight different sizes which can fit Corvettes from 1984 all the way to the current C8 Corvettes. The sizes we make 17×8.5, 18×8.5, 18×9.5, 19×8.5, 19×10, 20×10 and 20×12’s. The C4, 84 through 87 Corvette, you could put an 18×9.5 with the 40 offset on there, fit perfectly with a 275/35 tire or 285/35 18 inch tire.

C4 Corvette

The C4’s also have ’88 through 1993. A lot of them came with 17×9.5’s all the way around round and a lot of them came in 17×8.5 and 17×9.5’s. You can do several different sizes on that one. Best to reach us at factory reproductions to figure out what sizes you want to go with on that one.

C6 Corvette

Now, the C6’s we have all the sizes for the C6’s. There’s 18×8.5, 19×10,  there’s 18×9.5, 19×12 there’s 19×10, 20×12.

Matter of fact, this is a 19×10 and that beautiful girl right there, shouldn’t put my back to camera, is a 19×12. …and on the C6’s, you can use the stock tires on there. A lot of people like to upgrade, you know, go a little bit wider to a 265/35/19 and 305/30/20 on those. So there’s a lot of stuff that can work out on that C6 as sizes.

C7 Corvette

C7s. C7 comes several different sizes also. There’s the C7 base, C7 Z51, C7 Grand Sport, C7 Z06. We have all those sizes in the stock, in the chromes, 19×10, 20×12’s are here.  Also have Gloss Blacks. We have, you know stock sizes that we work on there and we have all those 99% of the time in stock.

C8 Corvette

These will also fit on the C8. Now the C8 comes 19×8.5 and a 20×11 with a 285 and or excuse me a 245 (front) and a 305 (rear) tire, which you could actually upgrade to the 19×10 20×12 on that and run the 285 and 325 tires on those.

That’s going to wrap it up on the FR 22 C7 Z06 replicas. Now you can reach me directly at jason@factoryreproductions.com or the phone number below. Me and any of the other salesmen can help you out with fitments on your Corvette.

There’s a lot of information out there on the Corvettes, on what you want to do, what you can do, what you can’t do. So, please feel free to reach out out at any time.

Hello Factory family! Welcome back to a new wheel segment. Today we’re going to be talking about the FR64.

All Wheel Drive

This is one of our oldest wheels that got us into the Mopar Market. The FR64 is one of our only wheels we built for an all-wheel drive Charger, Challenger, 300C. So, we actually build these in a 20×8.5 with the 47 mm offset in Gloss Black and Satin Black, where you can use 245/45/20 inch tire or 275/40/20 inch tire all the way around on that all-wheel drive.

Standard Vehicle

For your standard vehicles; Chargers Challengers, Magnums and 300c’s, we do have the 20×9 with Black Machine Face, Gloss Black, Satin Black and we have them staggered 20×9, 20×10. Colors in those are only 20 are excuse me only Gloss Black and Satin Blacks. We can also, on those standard bodies, tire size what we’re running is it 275/40 all the way around with a 20×9.5 or you can go with the 245/45 or 275/40. If you want it a little bit wider, you can go with the 255/45/20 up front and a 295/40/20 in the rear. That gives you that fat rear end that everybody’s looking for in one.

We’re also doing these Viper wheels and a 22×9 Gloss Black, Satin Black to fit on all the Charger, Challengers, Magnum and 300C’s. You could run a 265/35/22 inch tire on those bad boys. There is a bolt on the upper control arm that you have to slice off. Most people know where that’s at and how to do that. If not, you can message me –Jason@factoryreproductions.com, I can send you a photo of where that bolt is to cut. It’s a simple task, everybody does it.

If you have any comments, questions or suggestions please drop a line below. You can reach me at Jason@factoryreproductions.com that is reproductions, it is plural with an “s” at the end. Or, you can call the phone number below. Me or any other salesman can help you out.

Video Transcript

Disclaimer: These transcripts are auto generated therefore we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.  For best results, the transcript should be used in conjunction with the video.

Hello Factory family, welcome back. Jason here with Factory Reproductions, bringing you today the Widebody FR74 wheel.

Widebody

The FR74 original widebody wheel, we made in a 20×10.5 and a -9 offset to fit with those big, fat, wide fenders. We’re bringing these in four different colors. We’re doing these in chrome, we’re doing these gloss black, satin black and bronze. Now with those, we actually can get the 315/35 tires put on these bad boys, which which stock car comes with 305/35. You all know, a little bit wider is a little bit faster.

Standard Body

Along with the widebody fitment, we’re also bringing in standard bodies. So what we’re building is these bad boys 20×9.5 and 20×10.5 and fit on the standard body vehicles. With the standard body, you can run in the 20×9.5 all the way around on there with the 275/40/20 inch tires or you can stagger it with 20×9.5, 20×10.5 with the 290, excuse me 275/40/20 and a 305 or 315/30/20 inch tire. So the standard body vehicles that these will fit on, are the Chargers. All the Chargers except widebodies, obviously, that’s the widebody fitment, so we’re talking about the standard bodies right now.

Standard body fitments are going to be Chargers, Challengers, Magnums and 300 C’s. The colors that we’re bringing in for these, are going to be the gloss black, satin black and bronze. No chrome in those. We have other styles if you want some chrome.

Tire and Wheel Packages

So the tire and wheel packages that we’re doing, we’re doing them for the widebody and standard bodies. Widebodies are the 315/35/20s that we talked about. Standard bodies 275/40s and 315/35/20s. Tire packages that we’re doing, we’re mainly stocking Atturo AZ850s, Nitto triple five G2s and the Cooper Xenon. We can get pretty much any tire that you want, if it’s in stock. Some tires are in stock, some aren’t here in California.

The tire packages range from anywhere from $1700 all the way up to $2800 depending on what you want to go with. We have plenty of stuff in stock, usually shipped out the same day, if not the next day. All of our tire and wheel packages come mounted and balanced, with tire pressure monitor sensors, and new lug nuts. Everything’s ready to slap on the car in your driveway and go. Black wheels do have the black wheel weights in the backside, so it matches up, so the wheel weights aren’t there waving at you.

Now with tire wheel packages for those people who’ve actually put a wide body kit on their standard vehicle. If you don’t cut the old fenders out, you’re gonna have to run a smaller tire. You’re gonna have to run a 305/30/20 inch tire so you don’t bottom out on the inner fender. We highly recommend cutting that fender, so you can put the widest tire, the 315/35/20s on there. But if not, you can still get this wheel on your wide body vehicle, aftermarket wide body vehicle with the 305/30/20 inch tire.

For any other questions, feel free to reach me directly at Jason@factoryreproductions.com and this is plural. It does have an “s” at the end. Or you can call a phone number below and any salesman here can help you out and please don’t forget to follow us on all of our socials @factoryreproductions. Join our fitment specialist Jason as he discusses our FR 66F Dodge Anniversary Flow Form Replica Wheels. If fitment, size, applications and finishes available were questions on your list, we got you covered. In this video we discuss fitments for Dodge Challengers, Chargers, 300C’s and older Dodge Magnums, as well as going over vehicle specific tire fitments.

Video Transcript

Disclaimer: These transcripts are auto generated therefore we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.  For best results, the transcript should be used in conjunction with the video.

Hello Factory family, Jason here with Factory Reproductions coming back to you again on the new wheel segment.

So the style FR66 Hellcat Widebody 50th Anniversary wheel comes in three different sizes. They’re coming 20×9.5, 20×10.5 and 20×11’s, for the wide bodies and standard body vehicles.

Flow Form

Now, these bad boys are flow forged. Flow forged, flow formed, there’s several different words out there for it, you know everybody has their own, we call it flow formed. We actually take the wheel, it’s cast and they’re able to flow the barrels out to get wider widths on those 9.5, 10.5 and 11’s. Matter of fact, you can actually check out a video or segment on our website home page “flow form” there’s its own segment up there. Take a look at that and it shows exactly how these are done. https://factoryreproductions.com/flow-form/

Finishes

We have four different finishes in the standard bodies 20×9.5 and 20×10.5. There’s gloss black, satin black and bronze. On the 20×11 for the wide body, we have chrome. A chrome version those guys you know like that Chrome pop real good on the cars for several on our website.

Take a look at all the images on there, but the wide body comes in gloss black along with satin black, bronze and chrome. So, once again take a look at our website, you can see all the different colors. There are also pictures of vehicles with these wheels on there at the bottom of the actual page of this particular wheel.

Fitment

So our FR66 will fit on the standard body vehicles. You can go 20×9.5 all the way around.  20×9.5 weighs 23 pounds. That’s really light, so if you’re upgrading from your 18 inch wheels and tires, putting a little bit a wider tire on there, it’s not going to cause a big problem with the weight distribution. Then again, we also do staggered sizes for the standard bodies. You do the 9.5 in the front, 10.5 in the rear. 10.5 is about 24 pounds, so you’re putting wider tires in the rear, getting more traction, lighter weight. It works out in the long run to get the traction that you need on those vehicles.

We also do this for the wide body wheels. 20×11’s. Nice, fat, wide body; put those on wide bodies all day long – wide body kits, also. You do have to do a little bit of trimming if you want to run the 305 or 315 tires on those, on the wide body kits, but that’s on a whole different level. You can call for information on that.

Tire Sizes

Again, with the standard body and we’re doing the tire sizing you could do 20×9.5 with the 275/40/20 inch all the way all the way around or you can do the staggered 20×9.5, 20×10.5 with the 275 and 315. People that are scared of the 315 in the back can go with the 305/35/20 also. It’s up to you what you want to run.

Wide bodies, you can go with the 315 all the way around. The car comes with the 305, but a lot of people like to put that 315 tire in there, to get a little bit more traction for you. So, the 20×9.5 and 20×10.5 will go on the standard body vehicles. They come with the offset of 15 up front and 22 in the rear. That’ll get you flush with the fenders, they’re not going to stick outside the fenders.

These also fit not only the Charger and Challengers, but 300 C’s, along with the older magnums too, so you can get that size in there. Now the wide bodies are 20×11’s. They have a -2.5 backspace. That’s two and a half inch, negative backspacing on the 20×11’s to fit for the wide bodies with those fat fenders on there.

All right, for more questions you can reach me at jason@factoryreproductions.com or the phone number below, any other salesman out here can help you out. Join our fitment specialist, Jason VanOel, as he discusses our FR70 Hellcat Replica Wheel.  If fitment, size, applications and available finishes were questions on your list, we have answers for you. In this video we discuss fitments for Dodge Chargers, Dodge Challengers, Dodge Magnums, Chrysler 300C’s, Dodge Durangos, Jeeps and RAM trucks, as well as vehicle specific tire fitments.

Video Transcript

Hello it’s Jason Factory Reproductions coming back to you this week with our FR 70s. Our FR 70 Hellcat replicas are made for multiple different vehicles. We’re talking the Mopar vehicles: the Chargers, Challengers, Magnums, 300c’s, along with the RAM trucks, Dodge Durangos and Jeeps.

Charger and Challenger Fitment

We make various sizes, whether you want to go staggered 20×9.5, 20×10.5 on the Charger/Challenger platforms, or if you want to do the Jeeps 20×9 all the way around, stagger them, up size to 20×10’s, downsize, you know 20×9’s all the way around on your SRT’s. It’s all up to you. Also, we make these for the Rams and five and six lugs, 20’s and 22’s and a couple different colors. For the Mopar LX platforms, we’re using the 20×9.5 and 20×10.5. The offset on the fronts are +15, which are really nice fitments.

It’s a little bit different than original equipment, it’s a little bit more aggressive, still fits beautifully. The rears are 20×10.5 with a +25mm offset. The best fitment tire size on those is a 275 in the front and 305/35/20 in the rear, just to give you a little bit extra clearance on the inner fender wall on the rear tires.

Finishes include Chrome, Gloss Black, Satin Black, this beautiful Bronze and Black Machine Face, which is a two-tone, gives you that, you know, dark pockets and with it still a nice shiny bright finish on the front.

Jeep and Durango Fitment

Now that brings us to the Jeep/Durango fitments. Those come 20×9’s all the way around on most of those Jeep/Durangos. Depends on actually what you have, you can do, you know, some of them have 18’s, but you could do 20×9’s all the way around on those vehicles, no problem, with the stock tires if they do have 20″ the 265/50/20’s. Those work beautifully.

You can even step up to a 275/50/20 and I’ve actually seen people go wild out there with 275/55/20’s to get you that meatier, taller stance. Just got to be careful on the wide turns on that one. In might rub, but they still look great and look real aggressive on the vehicles.

Also, you can do a 10 all the way around on most of those vehicles. You can go 20×10 and with the 20×10 you can do a 295/45/20 inch tire. Tens all the way around with either the 45 or the 50 offset, depending on which offset you put on there. Works beautifully on that vehicle no problem, turning radius no problem if you want to lower it, also.

So the Jeeps and Durangos are a great fit with that. Also, with the Jeeps and Durangos, you can put a 22 inch on there. Most of the time 22×9 it’s the best fitment on the Jeep Durangos. Some people like to push the 22×10’s. It’s getting a little aggressive on the Durangos with the tire selection out there, there’s not much. Jeeps are better fit with the 22×10. You could run a 285/40/22 inch tire all day long on that. It’s just up to you what you want to go with.

Now the finishes vary with the Jeeps and Durangos in the 20’s and 22’s. Definitely check out our website, factoryreproductions.com to make sure what’s available at this point in time.

Ram Trucks

Now this brings us to the RAM trucks. RAM trucks, from 2002 to 2018 came in a five lug, 5×5.5 – The newer Rams did come in a 6×5.5, affiliated like a Chevy bolt pattern or whatever, but they also still have the classic five bolt pattern too in those 18 to current vehicles at this point in time.

That being said, the tire sizing on these things, you can go 20 inch you can stay stock with the 275/55/20’s, which a lot of the older Rams did with the five lugs. The newer Rams went up to a little bit taller tire size at 275/60/20 with about 33″ overall height. It’s a little bit skinnier and narrow, so you can get that overall height, not as wide.

You could also go up to a 22 inch, we do a 22×10, so you can put a 305/40/22 inch tire on there. Some people put a 305/45/22 inch tire on there and people go crazy putting a 33/12.50/22 inch tire on there, to get that width there. You just got to do maybe a little bit of trimming on that. Depends on if you do a 2″ leveling kit up front or if you want to just keep it in stock and don’t care about it rubbing on a full u-turn not, a problem, you can go ahead and run that 33 by 12.50/22 inch tire.

Tire and Wheel Packages

So that wraps it up on our FR70’s fitments. Remember we also have a full line of tires, if you guys need a tire wheel package we mount and balance here. We’ll put the size you want, brand you want, tire pressure monitor sensors in there. You get these bad boys, good thing about the Mopar stuff, the sensors are automatically relearning. All you have to do is drive the vehicle for 10 minutes at over 40 miles an hour and the sensors relearn.

So we have a whole tire wheel program that we offer for these packages for the Mopar’s, with the you know, Challengers Chargers, Magnums, 300c’s, Jeeps, Durangos and Ram trucks. Hi, this is Jason with Factory Reproductions coming to you about our FR73 Replica Demon wheel.

Our FR73 Demon Replica wheels are offered in 20×9.5 and 20×10.5, in four different colors. We have the gloss black that we’re showing here, satin black, bronze and chrome, to fit all the Chargers, Challengers, Magnums and 300c’s out there – RWD only.

Tire Size and Fitment

The tire size that we’re running on these is 20×9.5 with a 275/40/20 inch tire. Staggered sizing on them is 20×9.5 and 20×10.5 with 275/40/20s or 315/35/20s, with the offset that does fit under the rear, no problem without any rubbing, along with the front. The 275/40/20 tires are stock on the SRT’s and a lot of the 392s. You can also run the 245/45/20s that do come stock on a lot of the standard Chargers, Challengers and 300C’s.

A lot of people out there are worried about the 315 fit in the rear because when the vehicle is in the air, the suspension sags and goes into negative camber so when they’re putting the wheels and tires on, it’s really close to those fenders. But guaranteed, we put these on several different vehicles without any rubbing issues. As long as it’s the stock height vehicle, you’ll have no problem going to put that bad boy back down on the ground. And that’s a wrap on the FR73 demon wheel.

You can reach us at sales@factoryreproductions or look us up on all our social media @factoryreproductions. Once again I’m Jason, Factory Reproductions fitment specialist. As we were in the shop mounting a few tire and wheel packages this week, we thought it would be beneficial to explain a few markings that you may notice on the sidewall of your tires. Maybe you were cleaning your wheels or airing up your tires and had time to glance around to notice all of the letters, numbers and dots on your tire. What do these markings mean? Are they important? Is something wrong with that tire?

While all tires are marked and stamped with obvious information regarding tire size, weight and manufacturer info, other information is sometimes unclear to the average person. In this blog we’ll explain one of the most commonly seen markings on tires that aren’t easily identified or understood, but play an important role in your safety and the ride quality of your vehicle.

Imperfections and Irregularities

It’s an impossible task for tire manufacturers to produce a perfectly round and perfectly balanced tire. Because of this, slight imperfections and small irregularities are marked on the tires to ensure the tire is properly aligned and balanced when mounted onto a wheel. The way these imperfections and irregularities are marked are with two different colored dots, yellow and red.

Yellow Dots

Yellow dots signify the lightest point on your tire or where the wheel weighs the least. The valve stem section of your wheels is the heaviest part, so placing the lightest part of the tire on the heaviest part of the wheel significantly reduces the amount of weight your wheel will need when it comes time to add weight and balance.

Red Dots

The Red dot signifies the flattest part or lowest point on your tires. The lowest point of the tire should always be adjacent to the highest part of the wheel which is usually indicated by some sort of marking on the wheel.

If there is only a yellow dot on your tire, you should line up the yellow dot with the valve stem of the wheel when mounting. If there are both red and yellow dots, the red dot should be lined up with the valve stem. The lowest point of the tire takes precedence over the lightest point of the tire in this case.

Proper Balancing

Properly aligning the red or yellow dots with the valve stem is important for a number of reasons. Most notably, the proper amount of weight added to your wheels will prevent your vehicle from experiencing that annoying rumble or shaky feeling when traveling at a higher rate of speed. If improperly balanced, your vehicle handling and stopping distance can be negatively affected. Unbalanced tires can also cause excessive wear and tear and uneven spots on your tires, making the vehicle unsafe for travel.

Preventative Maintenance

If you happen to notice a vibration at any point while driving after ensuring these markings are properly lined up, it could be that a wheel weight has fallen off or that your wheel may be bent or damaged. In any case, it’s a smart move to head over to your local tire shop and get your tires checked out. Getting your tires checked, rotated and rebalanced may not only keep you safe while driving, but save you money in the long run. General rule of thumb is to have your tires rotated and checked as regularly as you get your oil changed.

We hope this information was helpful whether you’re new to the service industry or just a curious auto enthusiast eager to learn the little details about the markings you see on your tires.
